Job description:

  • Handling administrative and receptionist duties.
  • Good communication, strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with supplier from China).
  • Ability to prepare stock inventory and process office bills.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Good literacy in using Microsoft Word, Excel application and Power Point.
  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • To carry the ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time. 
  • Fresh graduates with Diploma / Degree are encourage to apply or SPM with at least 2 years working experience in the related field.
