Job Scope

  • Maximizing the abilities that can be demonstrated and improving the motivation of employees
  • Formulation of rules to properly evaluate employees
  • Responsible for the payroll and administration, General affair
  • Make the training plan
  • check the daily attendance for the staff 
  • Responsible for all human resource operation  (preparing appointment letter, transfer, confirmation, promotion, staff movement documentation, acceptance of resignation and others.)
  • Responsible to manage overall recruitment activities and new hire plan
  • Responsible for foreign worker EP related and handle expatriate matters 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Above 5 years-10 years General affair & Admin working experience 
  • Working experience in Japanese corporate will be advantage
  • Diploma / Degree
