Job description:
Job Responsibilities: - Provide support to Sales division all administrative duties including preparing quotation, purchase order mainly for ROBOTS and ROBOMACHINES.
- Performing basic office task, such as filling, answering phones, delivery arrangement.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating the product training / demonstration, exhibition by Sales division to customers or dealers.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in timely manner.
- Assist in brochure printing, door gifts searching and etc.
- Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.
Job Requirements: - Possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
- Proven experienced sales administrator.
- Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Must demonstrate high level of initiative, team spirit, follow-up skill, multitasking skills, communication skills, strong character and ability to deal with all levels of people.
- Willing to work beyond working hours when needed.
