Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Sales division all administrative duties including preparing quotation, purchase order mainly for ROBOTS and ROBOMACHINES.
  • Performing basic office task, such as filling, answering phones, delivery arrangement.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating the product training / demonstration, exhibition by Sales division to customers or dealers.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in timely manner.
  • Assist in brochure printing, door gifts searching and etc.
  • Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven experienced sales administrator.
  • Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Must demonstrate high level of initiative, team spirit, follow-up skill, multitasking skills, communication skills, strong character and ability to deal with all levels of people.
  • Willing to work beyond working hours when needed.
