Job description:

Information Security • Work on the ongoing enhancement and implementation of the TPP Information Security Program working with internal stakeholders and partners including HSBC and Macquarie. Key tasks include: o Responsibility for configuration and management program to install up to date security tools. o Daily monitoring of security alerts for possible escalation of risks and incidents. o Administration of regular, periodic security scans and reviews o Evaluate security implications of new hardware and software pre-implementation. o Provide technical support to enhance IT monitoring systems. o Administer all security reviews on newly launched application as per requirement. o Work on the completion of various security reviews (e.g. for HSBC and Macquarie) o Recommending best practice on all aspects of IT Operations o Researching and proposing security solutions to meet business requirements o Assist in the review and maintenance of the effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Network Infrastructure • Work on TPP network and IT infrastructure and related projects, including cooperation with BP IT and external partners including HSBC and Macquarie. Key tasks include: o Troubleshooting and diagnostic services for issues raised in IT hardware, software and TCP/IP, and resolve network infrastructure issue. o Support and maintenance to both local area network and wide area network infrastructure. o Implement and analyse firewall rules based on stakeholders' requests. o Perform back up and upgrade of network appliance configuration and firmware. o Co-ordinated and liaise with various vendors in delivering and testing of network appliance. o Performed preventive maintenance on switches, routers and firewalls. o Troubleshoot, escalated and resolve network infrastructure incident. o Utilise network monitoring software to ensure network availability at remote sides. o Documentation of network diagram. o Handle firewall rule administration and change request o Manage and resolve networking issues at time of problem detection. o Manage and ensure optimal operations of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, UPSs and o Ongoing measurement and tracking of network & server performance including the provision of statistics and reports and the development of strategies for maintaining IT infrastructure capacity

Requirements • Minimum bachelor's degree/ post graduate diploma in relevant fields • Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC or CompTIA Security+ preferred • Willing to work on Malaysia Public Holidays. Knowledge & Skills • Proven experience in planning, organizing, and developing IT security and facility security system technologies such as SIEM, IPS, IDS, DNS, proxies and detection technologies • Experienced with privileged account access management tools • Other experience preferred: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificate management, digital forensics, cyber threat evaluation and malware analysis. • In-depth understanding of best practices for IT policies and architectures. • Hands on networking & troubleshooting hardware experience with Cisco devices • Experience managing engineers/system administrations/project manager • Experience problem solving in Windows environments. • Experience managing VMware hosts. • Experience coordinating BCP/ DR. Working days & hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm AEST (Sydney time)
