The GSAM is accountable for all aspects of public cloud management in an enterprise environment for NTT DATA Business Solutions. Ensuring public cloud services are delivered in line with global standards, and compliances and available to SLA expectations. • Reports to Service Owner. • Works service oriented & globally. • Operational leadership and authority to issue directives for all locations. • Manages the operational service execution in a Service Area globally. • Operational responsibility for the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall quality of delivery in the Service Area. • Measures and controls internal critical metrics. • Cooperates with Team Lead in mid-to-long-term resource planning + utilization. • Plans and defines resource demands in close cooperation with Team Lead + Staffing Manager • Supports Team Lead in yearly personal reviews & appraisals • Budget (Profit & Loss) responsibility. • Approves and rejects time recording. • As a member of the global NTT DATA Business Solutions community, you will be a champion of the organization’s values and culture, while demonstrating and openly encouraging the behaviors expected from a professional, best-in-class IT team.
• University degree in Information Technology or any equivalent. • Min 8+ years of experience in IT Services. • Proven experience in service delivery area & operation • Exposure to global area management via oriented services. • Understanding of Citrix Architecture & Identity Management(IAM)Technology. • Experience handling global team on technical service area. • Familiar with global model delivery. • Certification in ITIL is added values. • Strong command in English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills and experience in international collaboration. • Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor. • Able to travel if required.
