Warehouse & Logistic AM / Manager

Overall Job Scope

• Managing & supervising Warehouse operation including third party Logistics company (3PL).  
• Reporting to Senior Plant Manager

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team effectively to

• Supervise the team on daily operation to ensure carry out jobs efficiently and achieve the set targets or KPIs for Warehouse Functions
• Plan and mobilize human resource within the function to ensure optimum performance level is achieved.
• Coach and lead team to achieve functional objectives.

1. Warehouse Operations

• Responsible for warehouse daily operation including both inbound and outbound operation matters. 
• Lead and manage warehouse team to strive and complete daily transactions
• Ensure transporter meeting agreed performance level to minimize interruption to production
• Ensure monthly cycle count is implemented accurately
• Lead half year and year end stock take process.
• Lead improvement initiatives for warehouse management inventory management and manpower management.
• Perform ad-hoc assignment upon request by superior.
• Set up & review standard operating procedure to ensure works are being carried out in accordance with the S.O.P. 
• Review and approve on supplier invoice, for payment
• Perform ad-hoc assignment upon request by superior
• Report preparation
• Finished Goods closing report
• Stocks Aging Report
• Stocks Availability Report
• Finance Monthly Accural 
• Presentation slides for monthly Operation Meeting
• Update Functional KPI 
• Any other adhoc reports

2. Logistics Operation

• Responsible for Import & Export daily operation 
• Ensure Importation for Raw Materials meet Local Custom requirement           
• Ensure Return of materials to any plant are on time and meet requirement
• Ensure Exportation for Finished Goods are On Time Delivery In Full
• Ensure and submit application / report on any duty exemption requirement
• Review and approve on supplier invoice, for payment
• Perform ad-hoc assignment upon request by superior

Authority: -

• Approve annual leave application for staff under custody.
• Approve on Warehouse, 3PL expenses follow LOA. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant studies
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in similar capacity and in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP Inventory module.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese languages

Excellent leadership skill and has experience in managing people
