Marketing Assistant

Requirements:

• SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or any relevant certifications. 
• At least 5 years of working experience in administrative functions, preferably from FMCG or similar industry. 
• Experience in using SAP, and good with navigating any internal data maintenance systems.
• Multi-lingual competency (verbal and written) in languages such as English, Mandarin and/ Cantonese is preferred. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Basic knowledge of SAP and Photoshop will be an advantage 

Job Description: 

• Act as a supporter for the respective countries in South Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam & Thailand), working closely with the respective Country Product Managers.
• Supporting the Country Marketing function in product label artwork developments, by working with external agencies and internal packaging/ production/ planning team.
• Work with internal cross-function team to obtain approval for the labels. 
• Manage the set up and maintenance of product information and pricing in the systems.
• Be the point of contact and knowledge center for matters related to basic Product information from the local markets and operation team.
• Co-ordinate with production team on the respective label changes. 
• Manage the depletion of old / unused packaging materials with the respective market
