Duties & Responsibilities: -

1. Project Implementation

• Coordinate the activities of system implementation to meet major milestones and the overall project timeline

• Communicate with the key user to gather the requirement for the business process flow, and translate them into system requirements

• Configure the system according to our business requirements for the business scenarios

• Prepare functional specifications and authorization matrix, communicate with Development and Basis Teams, and resolve any issues in the design

• Assist the users to identify the business scenarios for testing in the system and gather the user comment

• Document testing scenarios, guide and work with users to identify and resolve the issues arisen during testing

• Coordinate cut over activities during system implementation

• Train up the key users to get familiar with the system

2. Business Process Modeling and Enhancement

• Provide an update and training to the users for the new development in the system

• Work with the users to improve and enhance the data and analysis available in the system, so as to facilitate better management decision making

• Propose work / system flows that can streamline the business processes and bring efficiency

• Understand business process, in particular in the responsible area, and be able to provide IT solution to best fit the user’s need

3. Oversee end user support and infrastructure strategy

• Supervise the process of end user support

• Gather the user requirements for the system support in the perspective of daily operation, report usage, authorization, etc

• Oversee the infrastructure strategy and set-up to support business needs

II. JOB SPECIFICATION

Education & Experience: -

• Tertiary / Professional qualification, preferred in manufacturing management

Requirements & Skills: -

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT and 3 years’ experience in SAP project implementation and configuration, especially in Production and Logistics modules

• SAP Certification in PP/MM of SAP HANA experience will be an advantage

• Experience in IT application system (MES, Warehouse Management, Transport Management System, etc.) implementation and maintenance

• Experience of working in manufacturing industry is preferred

• Understand business needs and identify solutions. Able to demonstrate an understanding of how SAP solutions meet customer requirements

• Certified in project management (e.g. PMP, Agile, etc.) is preferred

• Team player with positive and pro-active attitude, able to work under pressure and to accept new challenges

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
