Job description:

1. Responsible for the achievement of foodservices annual in-market sales target, driving growth through the agreed key foodservices sub-channels

2. Maintain and expand distribution channel / network and build strong customer relationship through excellent customer service

3. Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base in the foodservice channel and extend product range usage of the customers

4. Plan, implement and evaluate promotional activities with the retail and foodservice customers within the assigned areas and channels

5. To track, monitor and analyze market, product, channel and customer sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results

6. Work closely with the distributor, wholesalers, chef associations, agencies, internal cross functional team etc. to ensure excellence customer / delivery service and sales result

7. Provide market intelligence regarding to market trend and competitor activities in the foodservice channel and amongst foodservice pack users and provide recommendations for follow-up action whenever required

8. Prepare sales / product penetration and foodservice activities report on daily, weekly and / or monthly basis

9. Assist the team members and provide supports to team member in any field operation issues, customer development program and product penetration program

10. Lead and coordinate with team members to ensure trade programs are being executed effectively

11. Assist the Business Manager / Director (MY) in preparing necessary monthly reports, incentive calculation and A&P control for the team

12. Provide training and sharing of sales and product knowledge with team members regularly to strengthen team members’ skills and capability

13. Lead and oversee assigned initiatives and special projects that are non-routine and strategically important to the company, to plan, execute, and deliver these projects successfully, ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes
