Job description - Responsible for HRIS system implementation and upgrades, User Acceptance Testing
- Ensure HRIS daily operation is smooth, data accuracy and OTIF
- Provide support to technical issues involving system, and be familiar with the system
- Evaluate and monitor the system performance and update with the latest features
- Manage all system process workflows, improve efficiency and ensure compliance
- Provide systems training and support to users
- Support in data entry and payroll verification
- Support in any HR projects
Job specification - Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- HR generalist with minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration, equipped with working experience in HRIS and payroll process
- Familiar with HR processes and workflow
- Understand Human Resource Information System (HRIS) preferably SuccessFactors or other similar system
- Familiar with Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance & Workforce Planning modules
- Familiar with Applicant tracking system
- Familiar with payroll system, time & attendance system
- Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
- Exposure in project management
