Specialization: HUMAN RESOURCES Job description: Duties & Responsibilities: - A. HR Business Partner for assigned business unit. Responsible for the following scopes: 1.Recruitment & manpower planning – responsible in end to end recruitmentactivities inclusive of sourcing, shortlisting & interviews and support superior insenior managerial recruitment as per ISO procedures. 2.Performance Management– ensure timely communication & process, compile &provide analysis, follow-up actions, PIP. 3.Manpower budget submission and cost monitoring of own business unit. 4.Talent management and career discussion– facilitate the process and partnerwith linemanagers in the process. 5.HR Policies – responsible for revision, implementation and provideinterpretation tothe employees. 6.Audit – support in relevant audits: GMP, ISO, Halal, internal and external audit,taxaudit etc 7.Industrial Relations – manage employees’ disciplinary matters and misconducts. 8.Responsible in HR project as instructed by line manager 9.Participate in Sports & Recreation Club, Volunteer Team or Safety Committee,as appropriate. 10.Any other ad-hoc projects
B. HR Specialist role in the following areas: 1.Industrial Relations – oversee employees’ disciplinary matters and misconducts forplant and commercial. Provide guidance and build capability of HR teammembers in this area 2.Site office administration – provide leadership to office administration team andensuring operation is run smoothly. Education & Experience: - •Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines. •HR generalist with minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferablyin a manufacturing environment •Experience in handling any 2 of the following HR specialized areas will beadded advantage: Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning &Development,Employee Engagement, Employee & Industrial Relations.
