Job description:
- Accountable for processing and maintaining employee employment life cycle whichinclude new hire, confirmation and resignation and termination on time.
- HRIS - Maintains and updates Employee Data in HR systems according to standard operating procedures.
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Administration - Responsible for verifying, processing and recording employees benefit benefit-related claims including medical insurance, PA& Term life insurance, dental, employee health check, child start school subsidy etc.
- Connect with external vendors related to claim matters
- Support in payroll processing.
- Supports daily quality control of all transactional processes.
- Support in participation in benefit surveys.
- Support in relevant internal and external audits.
- Provide administrative support for HR daily function.
- Providing quality and validated response to all HR related requests.
- Resolves inquiries and requests that are escalated through HR Business Partners ordirectly from employees.
- To recommends products or services to better meet employees' needs in the area of payroll, HRIS and C&B operations.
- Ensures compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation.
- Supports the HR team with ad-hoc projects where needed.
