Job description:

1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Define and administer Compensation policies and formulate communication plan to employees of different categories (New joiners and/ or existing employees)
  • Responsible in annual salary review and bonus exercise, responsible in data provision, verification, consolidation and support HR Business Partner in the calibration process
  • Responsible in the formulation of sale incentive schemes for various markets/ channels to drive performance
  • Support in formulate any ad-hoc compensation schemes
  • Prepare and update salary scale. Liase with external consultant to perform job pricing when necessary.
  • Conduct surveys for selected market via external consultants (mercer, SNEF, MEF etc)
  • Periodically review various fixed and variable allowances to ensure competitiveness.

  • Define and administer Benefits policies and formulate communication plan to employees of different categories (New joiners and/ or existing employees)
  • Lead annual employee-related insurance (Medical, Personal Accident and Term life) renewal process for all the markets within the timeline. Connect with insurance providers or brokers to ensure appropriate insurance coverage is arranged for employees in scope. Participate in market surveys, analyse survey data and review internal policies to ensure competitiveness
  • Formulate appropriate benefit policies as and when requires
  • Ensure compliance of policies and practices with respective country legislation
  • Support in relevant internal and external audit, tax audit etc

2. Performance Management

  • Support in guideline setting, consolidation and communication process to stakeholders and all employees
  • Support in consolidation of performance rating for year-end review
  • Provide support in audit of KRA setting for key stakeholders to ensure alignment with guideline

3. Audit – support in relevant audit in HR: GMP, ISO, Halal, internal and external audit, tax audit etc.

4. Support in any HR projects as assigned by line manager.
