Assistant Product Manager

• Act as a supporter-and-creator at country level, working closely with the respective Country or Regional Commercial team
• Integrated Marketing Plan supporter to Country Marketing function (Brand, Social Media, Retail & E-commerce)
• Prepare and align yearly growth plan for market to achieve LKK brand and category performance based on the inputs from markets.
• Prepare and consolidate management reports and analysis to track Brand Health performance, Category performance, market share, product and pricing information and analysis.
• Work closely with Finance, Associate Business Director and Country marketing to track and monitor the A&P spending of markets.
• Be the point of contact and knowledge centre for any matter from Headquarters, Zone and local markets/ countries.
• Support Senior Product Manager to execute any Market research, advertising, trade marketing, NPD, e-commerce, social media and Foodservice program and event, trade event as required
• Drive new product development at market level in accordance with local & globa lNPD direction and approval procedures.
