Job description:

  • Responsible for booking of flights, accommodation and visa arrangements for all employees and visiting guests.
  • Gate keeper for company preferred hotel listing per company policy
  • Sourcing for best corporate hotel and transport rate.
  • Connect with travel agencies and hotel and verifying invoice.
  • Preparing travel itinerary as per instruction from line managers.
  • Prepare event and function agenda, sourcing for venue and preparation when necessary.
  • Responsible for organization of business meetings locally and offsite as instructed by line managers.
  • Responsible to send out invitation, compile meeting materials and make the arrangements for meetings and taking minutes as required.
  • To arrange seasonal gift hampers and greeting cards to business associates.
  • To support the company in organizing of company events as and when required, ie arranging for birthday parties, arranging rooms & meals for internal trainings.
  • To manage the company car to ensure the car is in good condition and send for regular service and cleaning.
  • To arrange company driver’s working schedule.
  • To support the line manager in relevant administrative tasks.
  • To undertake other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by the line managers as and when required.
