Job description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment activities inclusive of sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offer management and on boarding as per ISO procedures.
  • Manage recruitment activities to achieve the target fulfillment rate and turn around time. 
  • Support in using different channels of recruitment to optimize effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Evaluation of effectiveness of recruitment process through yearly recruitment tracking reports
  • Participate in career fair.
  • Conduct exit interview and analysis.
  • Administration of recruitment system.
  • Administer Trainee program. 
  • Support in any HR administration tasks as instructed by line manager.

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree holder or Diploma in HR Management or Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • HR generalist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably with good experience, talent acquisition and in a manufacturing environment
  • High integrity and compliance
  • Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of Labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, Industrial Relation & PSMB 
  • Working arrangement: 2 days at Shah Alam, 2 days at Bandar Enstek & 1-day WFH (WFH entitlement after probation & depend on WFH policy if there is changes).
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Shah Alam & Bandar Enstek.
