Learning & development

  • Support in implementation of annual training plan for the companies.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and partner with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Responsible in overall training administration (sourcing, organisation of in-house training, management of training budget, application of training fund etc).
  • Ensure on time in full submission of training reports.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Administer the company’s e-learning platform.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative learning solutions.
  • Identify and partner with external network of vendors to ensure consistent use of industry recognized best practices and benchmarks for L&D.
  • Support line manager in the administration talent management system.
  • Coordinate talent review exercise.

 

Employees relations and engagement

  • Employees engagement survey – administration of the survey process, report preparation and analysis, action plan meeting and facilitate formulation of improvement plan.
  • Responsible in formulation of relevant strategies to promote employee engagement and implement of agreed activities/ plan.
  • Internal and external awards administration.
  • Participate in external HR award/recognition.
  • Responsible for organization of employees communication initiatives.
  • Assist the company to create an engaged workforce and positive company image.
  • Active participation in the Sports & Recreation Club and / or Volunteer team.
  • Support in any HR projects as assigned by line manager.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in learning & development, ideally in FMCG or fast paced manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented, systematic, organized, and able to perform multiple tasks. 
  • Proactive learner with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Innovative, adaptable, and open to adopting new technologies to improve learning experiences.
  • Strong planning, analytical skills, problem-solving skills.
  • Good presentation, communication skills, interpersonal skills and persuasive skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
