Job description:
Employee Development & Engagement Manager/Senior Manager (APAC) - based in Selangor Job Responsibilities: Learning & Development (L&D) - Craft the region’s L&D strategy, develop and implement training processes and programs that ensure capabilities for the employees are maximized and drive business growth
- Prepare Annual L&D Plan and manage functional budget
- Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and career development opportunities. Define and monitor performance metrics to drive clear and measurable improvements in program performance and efficiency
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative learning solutions.
- Identify and partner with external network of vendors to ensure consistent use of industry recognized best practices and benchmarks for L&D programs
Employee Engagement - Lead employee engagement programs that drive a positive workplace culture, improve morale, and reduce turnover.
- Support the deployment of the annual employee engagement survey, along with other mechanisms used to evaluate employee engagement.
- Partner with the business to ensure the debrief of survey results and action planning.
Corporate Value and Leadership (V&L) management and promotion - Lead V&L management and strategy in line with the business direction and the company’s 5 Year Plan with consultation with the Global People Experience Team.
- Define and monitor performance metrics to drive clear and measurable improvements in V&L program and initiatives
- Design innovative and engaging programs from communication to execution and assessment.
Talent Management - Driving strategies and implementation for leadership pipeline and succession planning.
- Own and continuously improve talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development.
Employer Branding (EB) - Driving EB initiatives and projects. Adoption of EB assets from HQHR and provide customized solutions for APAC. Participating in external awards.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by analyzing program outcomes and adapting to emerging challenges.
Job Requirements: - Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines.
- HR professional with a minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience, with experience in handling any 2 of the following HR specialized areas: Learning & Development, Employee engagement, People Experience, Corporate communication, Talent Management & development.
- Regional exposure working with employees from different culture backgrounds. Familiarity with regional business dynamics and global trends in Learning & Development.
- Customer centric mindset with commitment to delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
