Job description:
Job Purpose: To support HRIS (human resource information system) to ensure smooth of day to day operations. To provide preliminary technical support, troubleshooting, user guidance and recommends system improvements and implements solution for the business unit by taking the instruction from HQ. Job Responsibilities: 1. Systems Administration - Manage system configuration, including setup, workflows, and updates, ensuring the HRIS meets the needs of HR operations and the needs of the organization.
- Manage user access and permissions within the system to protect sensitive information.
- To maintain the HRIS and ensure smooth daily operation, data accuracy and OTIF.
- Superuser familiar with query and report generation.
- To provide preliminary technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving systems.
- To evaluate and monitor the system performance and update with the latest features.
2. HRIS Project - Responsible for HRIS projects including system implementation and upgrades.
- Work together and communicates with project team, cross functional team, HQ, vendors and end user on system related on enhancements, issues and queries.
- Responsible in implementing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT) and error log analysis.
- Manage relationships with external HRIS vendors, to ensure effective communication, support, and service level agreements.
- Coordinate software updates, patches, and system upgrades in partnership with the vendor and Digital Innovation teams.
3. Documentations and Manual - Develops documents and maintains all the system process workflows for efficiency and compliance with data integrity, security and privacy requirements.
- Recommend effective processes or improvements on systems to increase efficiency in HR management.
- Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- To provide systems training and support to users.
4. Support in external and internal audits in human resource function. 5. Support in any HR projects as assigned by line manager. 6. Participate and take initiative in Sports & Recreation Club, Volunteer Team and Safety Committee, as appropriate. Job Requirements: - Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration or any related disciplines.
- Minimum 12 years of HR generalist experience, with good experience in HRIS and payroll process, preferably exposure to project implementation or system upgrade.
- Familiar with HR processes and workflow
- Familiar with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) such as Workday, Successfactor or other similar system.
- Experience in handling any 2 of the following HR specialized area: HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employee & Industrial Relation
- Familiar with Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance & Workforce Planning modules
- Familiar with Applicant tracking system, payroll system, time & attendance system
- Meticulous and able to deal with large amounts of data
- Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates with Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Selangor.
