Be the face of the company and provide excellent seller support to our Merchants
Develop and maintain a close relationship with Merchants
Strategise, develop & deliver strong pitch to Merchants on company offerings and proposed solutions across the online sales cycle
Analyse Merchants’ progress, activities, sales performances and growth projection to drive Merchants’ revenue growth in company
Identify market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, stock availability of Merchants in the category
Negotiate deals with Merchants and curate SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit) for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (e.g. 9.9 / 11.11) and analyse the effectiveness of their campaign participation
Execute the agreed plan and follow up with Sellers on their commercial growth
