Position: Data Entry / Document Processing

Project Duration: 27 Nov 2023 - 10 Dec 2023 (14 Days)

Work Location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur - Near Mid Valley

Working Arrangement: Working from Office

Total Wages (14 Days): RM1900 – RM2400

Shift Preferences:

1. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (November 27th – December 10th, 2023)
2. 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (November 28th – December 10th, 2023)
3. 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (November 28th – December 10th, 2023)

Please note:

#The availability of the shifts will depend on a first-come, first-serve basis.

#Training will be provided to employees on their first day, so Agent should report to work 1 hour earlier.

#Estimated training duration: 2 hours.

Job Responsibility

• KYC:
  • Conduct KYC screening reviews for company product applications in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidelines.
  • Identify and promptly cancel fraudulent transactions to prevent further processing.
  • Manage customer escalations by responding to KYC-related inquiries and issues accurately and in a timely manner.
• AML:
  • Perform name screening reviews in compliance with AML Regulations prior to customer onboarding.

Job Requirements

• Preferred qualifications include experience in data entry and customer service roles.
• Ability to commit to a consecutive 14-day work schedule.
• Willingness to work on-site and participate in shift rotations.
