Position Overview: As a Collections Executive, you will play a vital role in managing debt-related conversations with customers, formulating repayment strategies, and ensuring timely settlements of outstanding balances. Job Responsibilities: - Engage in debt-related conversations with customers and develop customized repayment strategies.
- Manage customers’ repayment obligations through outbound collections and recovery calls.
- Achieve/exceed assigned targets while adhering to collections methodologies and regulatory policies.
- Act as the focal point for customer inquiries regarding overdue accounts.
Job Requirements: - Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in collections or call center background is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Working Arrangements: - Normal shift on weekdays (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
