Position Overview:
As a Collections Executive, you will play a vital role in managing debt-related conversations with customers, formulating repayment strategies, and ensuring timely settlements of outstanding balances.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage in debt-related conversations with customers and develop customized repayment strategies.
  • Manage customers’ repayment obligations through outbound collections and recovery calls.
  • Achieve/exceed assigned targets while adhering to collections methodologies and regulatory policies.
  • Act as the focal point for customer inquiries regarding overdue accounts.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in collections or call center background is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Working Arrangements:

  • Normal shift on weekdays (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
