Job Responsibilities: (4 Units) Live Chat - Reply inquiries via live chat to the seller from MY and SG
- To assist the seller regarding payment/logistics
- Carries out any other related duties and responsibilities assign
Content Team - To do QA & QC for the SKU type of product
- To ensure all categories been tag on the right segment
- Carries out any other related duties and responsibilities assign
Payment Verification - To ensure all payment are correct and in order
- Liaise with seller or bank
- Need to know basic Microsoft excel
- Carries out any other related duties and responsibilities assign
Fraud Team - To Know your Customer (EKYC)
- Carries out any other related duties and responsibilities assign
Job Requirements: - Good writing skills and able to converse well in English and Malay
- Open for Both (Diploma & Degree) Fresh graduates
- SPM/STPM with an experienced applicant are welcomed to apply
- Strong communication skills in email writing, conversation and messenger discussion
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Driven and motivated
- Has a passion for the e-Commerce industry
- Able to commit to 6 months contract duration
- Open to work in rotational shift
- Must have a stable internet connection at the house (as currently WFH)
Remuneration &Other info: - Basic Salary: RM1, 300.00 per month(contract for services)
- OT Allowance paid for OT Worked approved by the team leader
- On 6th Days additional allowance
- Night Shift & Midnight Shift Allowance (RM400-RM550) – Need to work full cycle of the month
- No EPF & Socso Deduction (as this is “Contract for Services”)
- Working days: 5-day work per week in rotation (including weekends)
- Working hours: 24/7 (rotational Shift ) or Morning & Afternoon Shift
- Location Mid Valley or KL Eco City
- Job Types: Contract
