Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to retail stores from a provided list to introduce and pitch the SPX Collection Point program.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, scheduling appointments with interested retail stores, and passing on these leads to the sales team.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls made, including the status of pitches, follow-ups, and any other relevant information.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to ensure continued interest and engagement.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the team leader.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Languages: Proficient in Malay and English.
  • Experience: Background in retail, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Skills: Confident in pitching, comfortable with cold calling, and able to work independently.
  • Education: Minimum SPM level.
  • Tech Skills: Basic Excel knowledge

Other Details:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500 per month
  • Language Allowance: RM300 (for Mandarin speakers)
  • Performance Incentive: Up to RM200 (based on performance)
