Job description:
Key Responsibilities: - Outbound Calls: Make cold calls to retail stores from a provided list to introduce and pitch the SPX Collection Point program.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, scheduling appointments with interested retail stores, and passing on these leads to the sales team.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls made, including the status of pitches, follow-ups, and any other relevant information.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to ensure continued interest and engagement.
- Reporting: Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the team leader.
Qualifications and Skills: - Languages: Proficient in Malay and English.
- Experience: Background in retail, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Skills: Confident in pitching, comfortable with cold calling, and able to work independently.
- Education: Minimum SPM level.
- Tech Skills: Basic Excel knowledge
Other Details: - Basic Salary: RM2,500 per month
- Language Allowance: RM300 (for Mandarin speakers)
- Performance Incentive: Up to RM200 (based on performance)
