- Liaise with on-ground employees regarding daily operations, benefits, and leave matters.
- Manage offers and conduct background checks for shortlisted on-ground employees.
- Work closely with management to handle and resolve employee relations issues.
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure adherence to HR regulations.
- Manage resignations and oversee the offboarding process.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
