Job Description ● Be responsible for the curation of the content ● Review and classify content according to the guidelines, using specific tools and channels ● Understand and remain updated on changing policies and guidelines ● Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the team ● Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work ● Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role ● Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe
Job Requirements: BPO/Content Moderation: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, or ● Fresh Graduates: Must have at least a diploma in any field. ● Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills ● Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of the policies ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Strong attention to detail ● Able to work on repetitive tasks and flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast paced environment
Other details: Basic Salary: RM1700 KPI Incentives: RM300 Travel Allowances: RM500 (AM shift) Shift Allowances (PM & GY): RM400 - RM550
