Specialization: CUSTOMER SERVICES Job description: Job Scope: Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception/drop-off area. Provide efficient support for customers' delivery, packing, and shipping needs. Receive and verify customer orders; coordinate timely pickups with drivers. Monitor daily operations at the Drop-Off Point and ensure seamless parcel collection. Assist in sorting and processing inbound parcels; support drivers as needed. Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Handle any ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements:Able to start work immediately. Willing to work 6 days a week (rotational rest day). Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Sun). Experience in customer service or logistics is an added advantage. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools. Willing to commit to overtime (OT) during peak periods (OT claim applicable). Good communication and coordination skills.
