Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to sellers, merchants, and KOLs to pitch campaign/programs and initiatives
  • Promote a one-stop fulfilment solution, highlighting benefits such as warehousing, fast shipping, durable packaging, and efficient returns/refunds
  • Identify partner needs, clarify information, and recommend suitable solutions
  • Engage existing sellers and merchants to join marketing campaigns, deals, vouchers, and promotional programs
  • Cold-call and onboard potential KOLs, guiding them through sign-up and whitelisting for livestream features
  • Re-engage inactive sellers/KOLs by pitching new benefits and upcoming programs
  • Support activated partners by assisting with documentation, forms, and livestream scheduling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to support long-term partnerships
  • Accurately document all interactions and update records in the CRM system
  • Ensure all communications comply with company policies and standards

    Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound calls, telesales, telemarketing, or acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage)
  • Self-driven, independent, and proactive with a KPI-focused mindset
  • Background in sales, customer service, or business development is highly preferred
     

    Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM 2,800
  • KPI Incentive: RM 300
  • Mobile Phone Allowance: RM 50
  • Annual Leave: Prorated (1 month worked = 1 day of AL)
