Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to sellers, merchants, and KOLs to pitch campaign/programs and initiatives
- Promote a one-stop fulfilment solution, highlighting benefits such as warehousing, fast shipping, durable packaging, and efficient returns/refunds
- Identify partner needs, clarify information, and recommend suitable solutions
- Engage existing sellers and merchants to join marketing campaigns, deals, vouchers, and promotional programs
- Cold-call and onboard potential KOLs, guiding them through sign-up and whitelisting for livestream features
- Re-engage inactive sellers/KOLs by pitching new benefits and upcoming programs
- Support activated partners by assisting with documentation, forms, and livestream scheduling
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support long-term partnerships
- Accurately document all interactions and update records in the CRM system
- Ensure all communications comply with company policies and standards
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calls, telesales, telemarketing, or acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage)
- Self-driven, independent, and proactive with a KPI-focused mindset
- Background in sales, customer service, or business development is highly preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM 2,800
- KPI Incentive: RM 300
- Mobile Phone Allowance: RM 50
- Annual Leave: Prorated (1 month worked = 1 day of AL)
