Job description:
Job Scope:
• Liaise with landlords, real estate agents, and lawyers
• Handle deposits, monthly rental payments & key handovers
• Prepare and compile documents (business license, utilities, vendor registration, etc.)
• Work with Legal team on LOO & TA; negotiate with landlords/agents
• Manage lease renewals, facilities issues & reinstatement documentation
Requirements:
• Experience in administration (contract management preferred) – fresh grads welcome
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written)
• Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
