Your primary responsibilities will be:

● To manage the end to end recruitment process and handling of on-boarding programs to facilitate

smooth transitions for new employees.

● Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.

● Support the implementation of career development initiatives for employees.

● Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

● Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, policy changes, and process improvements.

● Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance

workplace satisfaction.

● Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring dissemination of

important information to employees.


Requirements

● Possess bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or any related field.

● Preferable working experience in human resources for 1 - 2 years. Fresh graduates will be

considered with relevant internship experience.

● Sound knowledge & exposure of HR practices and Employment Act.

● Good in analytical skills – data analysis via Microsoft Excel.

  • Good in presentation skills - proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.

     

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
