Job description:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, as the Omnichannel Marketing Manager, the incumbent is responsible for:

1 Direct To Consumer Channel Marketing (Own Retail Stores Online and Offline)

  • Deliver brand’s Online and In-store marketing strategy to create clear, consistent and valuable customer experience while achieving customer acquisition, retention, traffic and revenue goals
  • Develop and evolve overall customer retail experience while constantly re-evaluate customer mindset 
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, brand retail campaigns and promotional activities
  • Lead and be the point of contact on retail operational systems (POS system, Apps, etc)
  • Partner cross function with Digital Marketing team to develop and support loyalty program and CRM marketing activities to achieve data acquisition, retention and revenue goals.   

2 Retail Merchandising (Own Retail Stores and Groupe Seb offline distribution)

  • Lead and innovate the development of total offline channel Visual Merchandising guidelines, utilizing Groupe SebOwn Retail Stores as experimental and experiantial centres
  • Receive inputs and partner with all marketing channels (Product, Communication and Trade Marketing) to develop product point of sales marketing materials

3 Omnichannel Marketing (Brick and Clicks Channel)

  • Collaborate with Ecommerce and Regional sales team to develop and synergize Ecommerce campaigns across Own retail stores and Brick and Click channel
  • Develop campaign digital assets for the exécution of Brick and Clicks channel
