Specialization: SALES CORPORATE|
- Establish and development business for the Modern and General Trade sector.
- Build business relationship and being the main contact person with the buyer team.
- Negotiate annual contacts with the channels to achieve business profitable growth.
- Formulate and implement account management plan.
- Work together with promoter management team to manage selling out /stock in channel.
- Manage channels’ promotional and marketing expenses.
- Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with the channels.
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain team, to ensure that sales forecast is achieved.
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management from any industry, preferable from Home Appliances, Electrical products or FMCG, with exposure in trade marketing and distribution.
- Able to work in a team and with people at all levels of the organization.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing, articulate and outspoken.
- Well verse in both English / Bahasa Melayu / Chinese / local dialects would be added advantage.
