Product Trainer

• Research and develop selling arguments and demonstration guidelines for products 
• Test, benchmark and identify functional product usages
• Planning and conducting selling skills trainings, rôle play sessions, product demonstration trainings and structured product trainings to internal and external participants 
• Liason with internal and external parties to organize trainings
• Actively study and conduct testings on competitors’ products together with consumer needs analysis and provides product information
• Actively research and evaluate competitor’s online an offline product demonstration and selling methods
• Partner with Trade Marketing to evaluate and plan promoter team’s product knowledge and selling skills development
• Requires visiting retail outlets and travel
