Job description:
- Research and develop selling arguments and demonstration guidelines for products
- Test, benchmark and identify functional product usages
- Planning and conducting selling skills trainings, rôle play sessions, product demonstration trainings and structured product trainings to internal and external participants
- Liason with internal and external parties to organize trainings
- Actively study and conduct testings on competitors’ products together with consumer needs analysis and provides product information
- Actively research and evaluate competitor’s online an offline product demonstration and selling methods
- Partner with Trade Marketing to evaluate and plan promoter team’s product knowledge and selling skills development
- Requires visiting retail outlets and travel
