Job description:


  • Establish and development business for the Modern and General Trade sector.
  • Build business relationship and being the main contact person with the buyer team.
  • Negotiate annual contacts with the channels to achieve business profitable growth.
  • Formulate and implement account management plan.
  • Work together with promoter management team to manage selling out /stock in channel.
  • Manage channels’ promotional and marketing expenses.
  • Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with the channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain team, to ensure that sales forecast is achieved.


  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in  Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or account management from any industry, preferable from Home Appliances, Electrical products or FMCG, with exposure in trade marketing and distribution.
  • Able to work in a team and with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Good selling and negotiation skills.
  • Outgoing, articulate and outspoken.
  • Well verse in both English / Bahasa Melayu / Chinese / local dialects would be added advantage
