Specialization: SALES RETAIL OR GENERAL Job description: Job Scope Reporting to National Sales Manager, as the Area Sales Executive, the incumbent is responsible for: • Delivering business objectives while respecting company profit and loss requirements for each customer under care. • Develop winning strategy by leveraging on the company’s business strength in a sustainable way. • Perform sales visitation, sell – in and payment collection to retailer for the assign customer base. • Maintain a strong relationship with retailers by means of periodic meeting with buyers, planned outlet, visitation, promotion planning, road show arrangements, effectives planning/ activities/ POSM execution and maintain adequacy of retail stock. • Enhance product categories growth via new product offering and distribution/ customer base expansion. • Train and develop retailer/ promoters for the assigned outlets. • Gather and examine information and market feedback on competitors’ activities. • Propose strategies for sales success for the assigned region or customer base. • Submitting all required reports on prompt manner Establish and maintain relationships with reseller and key account decision maker. • Reporting Line: Report to National Sales Manager • Responsible Product Category: SDA & Cookware Requirement • Experience more than 2 years as a Sales/Marketing Executive • Possess at least a diploma/ degree or equivalent in any discipline. • Willing to travel to cover Southern (Malacca, Negeri Sembilan and Johor) • Consumer Electronics Industries or FMCG product will be preferable. • Proficient spoken and written English (Malay & Mandarin) Apply Now Back to Job Vacancies |
