Job description:
Job Scope - Process customers’ Purchase to generate sales invoices, ensure all orders are receiving and proceeded by 3PL for delivery.
- Credit management for stocks rejections
- Contact with commercial team to clarify inquiries, price and delivery times.
- Retail stocks management (excluding stock reconciliation)
- Monitoring of 3PL KPI on POD processes
- Communicate with Sale team and/or 3PL to resolve ad hoc problems on delivery.
- Manage and oversee the application process for local import permits and SIRIM certifications.
- To undertake any assigned tasks by Management time-to-time.
Requirement - Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, logistics or related field.
- Direct experience in supply chain operation would be advantageous.
- Good computer skill such as MS Office and SAP experience is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Hands-on style and being a good team player
Benefits - Mon-Fri, Normal office hour (9AM-6PM)
- Flexible working hour, staff can enter between 830-930am
- If come early then off by 530pm, late then 630pm
- Work from Home for 1 day per week
