Job description:
Management Trainee - Omni-Channel Responsibilities: - Support the rollout of small projects that enhance our omni-channel experience (connecting in-store and online shopping).
- Monitor project performance, spot areas that need improvement, and suggest practical solutions.
- Work closely with teams from our physical stores (DTC) and online platforms (brand.com) to gather and analyze useful data.
- Coordinate with the IT team and external tech vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Help develop clear procedures and best practices to improve how we do omni-channel operations.
- Create reports and presentations to keep senior management updated on progress and performance.
- Join regular meetings with team members to discuss updates, challenges, and next steps.
- Assist with admin tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining project documents, and coordinating logistics.
- Stay up to date on the latest retail and tech trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirement: - Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience or coursework in omni-channel strategies, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT systems and the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and vendors.
