Job description:
Responsibilities: - Process customers’ purchases to generate sales invoices, ensure all orders are received and proceeded by 3PL for delivery.
- Credit management for stocks rejections
- Contact with commercial team to clarify inquiries, price and delivery times.
- Retail stocks management (excluding stock reconciliation)
- Monitoring of 3PL KPI on POD processes
- Communicate with the sales team and/or 3PL to resolve ad hoc problems on delivery.
- Managed and oversaw the application process for local import permits and SIRIM certifications.
- To undertake any assigned tasks by Management time-to-time.
Requirement: - Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- Direct experience in supply chain operation would be advantageous.
- Good computer skills such as MS Office and SAP experience is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Hands-on style and being a good team player.
- Possess service-minded and good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
