 Responsibilities: Process customers’ purchases to generate sales invoices, ensure all orders are received and proceeded by 3PL for delivery.Credit management for stocks rejectionsContact with commercial team to clarify inquiries, price and delivery times.Retail stocks management (excluding stock reconciliation)Monitoring of 3PL KPI on POD processesCommunicate with the sales team and/or 3PL to resolve ad hoc problems on delivery.Managed and oversaw the application process for local import permits and SIRIM certifications.To undertake any assigned tasks by Management time-to-time.
 Requirement: Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.Direct experience in supply chain operation would be advantageous.Good computer skills such as MS Office and SAP experience is an advantage.Ability to communicate in English.Hands-on style and being a good team player.Possess service-minded and good communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
