Job Summary: \nWe are looking for a Senior System Analyst with strong expertise in L3 Production Support for Java-based applications and Oracle databases. This role will support critical banking systems under the CCO domain, requiring a deep understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, vendor coordination, and post-production support activities. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an added advantage. \nKey Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- Serve as a primary point of contact for L3 support of banking applications within the CCO domain.
\n\t- Investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues related to Java applications and Oracle DB.
\n\t- Collaborate with L1/L2 support, testers, vendors, and business users to address incidents and coordinate solutions.
\n\t- Review and manage vendor fixes, verify resolution through testing, and support production implementation.
\n\t- Manage and review test scopes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Implementation (PI).
\n\t- Investigate and provide workarounds for Ctrl-M batch job failures and escalate recurring issues.
\n\t- Track and close PBI (Production Bug/Incident) tickets and support BAU activities across functional domains.
\n\t- Assist in middleware patching, OS patching, and certificate renewals.
\n\t- Ensure system compliance and performance standards are met in a 24/7 environment.
\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nRequired Skills & Experience: \n\n\n\t- 6–9 years of experience in L3 Production Support, with deep involvement in issue triage, coordination, and resolution.
\n\t- Strong working knowledge of Java/J2EE applications.
\n\t- Proficient in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server database troubleshooting.
\n\t- Hands-on experience with batch job scheduling tools like Ctrl-M.
\n\t- Ability to review logs, investigate performance issues, and recommend solutions.
\n\t- Familiarity with patching processes and SSL certificate renewal workflows.
\n \n\nGood to Have: \n\n\n\t- Exposure to CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
\n\t- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in banking environments.
