Job Title: Content Reviewer (Japanese / Korean Speaker) \nLocation: Kuala Lumpur – Bangsar South & KL Sentral (Fully Onsite) \nStart Date: 16 December 2025 \nEmployment Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and graveyard shifts: 10 PM – 7 AM) \n\nAbout the Role \n\nWe are seeking Japanese and Korean-speaking Content Reviewers to support online safety and trust operations. The role involves moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community and platform standards. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, cultural awareness, and emotional resilience when handling sensitive materials. \n\nKey Responsibilities \n\n\n\t- Review, classify, and act on text, image, audio, or video content in line with guidelines.
\n\t- Stay updated on policy changes and escalation procedures.
\n\t- Investigate and resolve flagged or complex content issues.
\n\t- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and quality.
\n\t- Participate in continuous training and well-being support programs.
\n\t- Handle socially sensitive topics with professionalism and neutrality.
\n \n\nRequirements \n\n\n\t- Degree holders (fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome).
\n\t- Proficiency in Japanese or Korean, with good command of English.
\n\t- Strong emotional resilience and ability to manage exposure to sensitive content.
\n\t- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
\n\t- Cultural and contextual awareness of Japanese or Korean markets.
\n\t- Flexibility to work rotational shifts in a fast-paced environment.
\n\t- Interest in online platforms, social media, or gaming is an advantage.
\n\t- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or BPO is a plus.
\n \n\nLanguage Qualifications \n\n\n\t- Open to candidates of any nationality.
\n\t- Minimum language requirement: TOPIK Level 4 (Korean) or JLPT Level N3 (Japanese).
\n\t- Candidates without certification but with proven living or working experience in Japan or Korea will also be considered.
\n \n\nEmployment Terms \n\n\n\t- Malaysian candidates: 1-year fixed-term contract.
\n\t- Non-Malaysian candidates: 2-year fixed-term contract.
\n\t- Salary Range: MYR 6,230 – MYR 10,000 (monthly fixed base).
\n\t- Sign-On Bonus: 1-month for non-Malaysian hires (to support relocation and accommodation).
\n \n\nAdditional Information \n\n\n\t- Candidates open to working at either Bangsar South or KL Sentral will be given priority.
\n\t- Applicants may be assessed for one project initially, and if not selected, considered for the other.
