\n \n\n \n\nWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Data Conversion Consultant to support Workday implementation projects. The role focuses on managing and executing data migration activities, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financial modules. You will work closely with client teams, functional consultants, and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality data conversion outcomes aligned with project timelines and business requirements. \n\nKey Responsibilities \n\n\n\t- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end data conversion workstream for Workday implementation projects.
\n\t- Define data conversion strategies, scope, and schedules aligned with overall project milestones.
\n\t- Collaborate with client and functional teams to manage data extraction, transformation, and mapping from legacy systems to Workday.
\n\t- Execute data loading activities using Workday tools such as EIBs, iLoads, and other utilities.
\n\t- Manage multiple data load cycles (unit test, parallel test, UAT, and go-live). • Validate and reconcile data accuracy using Workday reports and legacy comparisons.
\n\t- Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure successful migration.
\n\t- Provide hands-on support during cutover and post-go-live validation.
\n\t- Maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation logic, load tracking, and reconciliation reports.
\n \n\nRequirements \n\n\n\t- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday data conversion or enterprise data migration projects (5+ years for Senior/Lead level).
\n\t- Strong understanding of Workday data structures across HCM, Payroll, and/or Finance domains.
\n\t- Proficient in Workday data tools such as EIBs and iLoads.
\n\t- Experience coordinating data mapping, validation, and reconciliation with cross-functional teams.
\n\t- Familiarity with legacy HRIS, Payroll, and Financial systems.
\n\t- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n\t- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple data load cycles efficiently.
