Salary Range: RM9,000 – RM10,200

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Business Architect (SAP SD) to join a large-scale enterprise SAP environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on SAP SD professional who is confident in leading delivery and support teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence across mission-critical SAP systems.

You will act as a subject matter expert for SAP SD while overseeing incident management, change delivery, and service quality within a structured, SLA-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor SAP functional support and delivery teams

• Map business processes and requirements to SAP SD solutions

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SD–related matters

• Manage change requests, enhancements, and complex SAP issues

• Track, resolve, and escalate incidents in line with SLAs

• Manage end-to-end IT major incidents and ensure service continuity

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of relevant SAP experience

• Strong hands-on SAP SD functional expertise

• Proven team leadership or functional lead experience

• Solid background in incident, escalation, and SLA management

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
