A global professional services organization is seeking an experienced Audit & Compliance Specialist to support customer and financial compliance audits within a complex, international operating environment. This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders and plays a key role in strengthening risk management, governance, and control frameworks across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based audit test plans across financial and operational processes

• Perform audit fieldwork using appropriate auditing methodologies, tools, and data analytics

• Consolidate audit findings and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders

• Follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective actions

• Coach and mentor junior auditors within the team

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify emerging risks

• Lead global risk management and compliance initiatives

• Apply data analytics to identify trends, control gaps, and improvement opportunities

• Drive continuous improvement of policies, processes, and internal controls

• Deliver audit and compliance-related training when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, audit, or financial compliance roles

• Experience in internal audit, external audit, or investigation functions

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage projects in a global environment
