Job description:
Responsibilities : - Will work with client's Sales Lead counterpart on development of strategic and tactical plans
- Ability to motivate teams of around 50-100 people in (at least) different countries to achieve revenue targets
- Will manage and coach a number of Sales Managers across multiple markets
- Brings relevant thought leadership to enhance overall program outcomes
- Brings experience to identify and present actionable insights and craft plans to deliver on them
- Ensures that all Agency Partner Manager teams have a thorough understanding on any/all sales initiatives being rolled out.
- Ensures that the relevant teams execute against agreed timelines
- A people developer with ability to build and maintain high performing sales teams
- Wants to manage delivery outcomes at the same time as providing strategic/tactical input as outlined above
Qualifications: - Minimum with 7+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership
- Minimum with 3+ years of sales leadership experience in leading or growing sales/account management teams in a multinational environment from a start-up point is a distinct advantage (a manager of managers)
- Native level language fluency in Mandarin are required.
Deadline and detail oriented - Experience in leading Digital Marketing Agency sales teams in a multinational environment a distinct advantage
- Experience in leading teams involved in Enterprise level or Key Account level Account Management activities is a distinct advantage
- Relevant experience working with Accounts or Customers in Greater China is a distinct advantage
- Data driven decision making, very strong analytical and proven reporting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools
