Job description:
Job Responsibilities: - Handle Customer phone calls.
- Handle cases correspondence with customer
- Act as point of entry on potential claim requests
- Handle booking inquiries as per customer’s request
- Handle booking amendments received via Email
- Process change of destination
- Handle shipment related exceptions
- Verify transport exceptions and bill additional costs / fees to customer where applicable. Addresses all necessary communication
- Act as point of entry related to VGM exceptions
- Follow all the necessary procedures for Special cargo approval
- Follow up transshipment
- Build Expertise in all topics related to Export Booking.
- Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management
- Complete all functional HIP training timely Qualifications and Technical
Job Requirements: - University degree or equivalent
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work well with others and follow guidelines
- Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development
