Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our company’s hiring needs. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, along with your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
2. Utilize job portals, social media, networks, and employee referrals to attract candidates.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
4. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
5. Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
7. Facilitate the interview process by preparing questions and participating in sessions.
8. Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
9. Conduct reference checks and background screening as required. 
10. Ensure a positive experience with clear and timely communication throughout the process.
11. Provide candidates with information about the company, roles, and expectations.
12. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
13. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights to the team.
14. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
15. Generate reports and analytics to track key performance indicators like time-to-hire and 16. cost-per-hire.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
3. Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
