Job description:

Assistant Manager, Product Marketing 

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and manage Operation Budget on quarterly basis; 
  • Responsible for leading the laser printer marketing team towards effective marketing campaign of the laser printer to achieve company’s objective in sales and market share, inventory, pricing, product planning and positioning, profit and loss (P&L), marketing communication ideation and activation, segmentation, and channel program; 
  • Formulate effective marketing campaigns to achieve company's objectives in sales/market share/Gross Profit (GP) and Operating Profit (OP); 
  • Increase brand awareness through marketing programs, Marcom ideation & activation; • Market visit to understand competitors' activities and latest industry updates; 
  • Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget. 

Requirements: 

  • Min Diploma in Marketing or related field; 
  • At least 3 - 4 years' of marketing and management experience; 
  • Possess strong communication and working relationship with Regional office. 
  • Dynamic and strong marketing acumen, able to make decision, self-motivation, creative thinking, good team leader, able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Experience in B2C Marketing 

Senior Executive, Product Marketing 

Job Description:

  • Develop key marketing strategies and clear action plans to generate new sales and upselling to existing clients; in order to achieve quarterly and annual product gross profits and budget key result areas (KRA); 
  • Provide market value pricing updates and nationwide support to internal teams to ensure value-adds and profitability to the Business Imaging Solution (BIS) Division; 
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns and new product launches for all products including office automation equipments and solutions; 
  • Develop and scout for new business opportunities for Business Imaging Solution (BIS) Division; 
  • Maintain healthy inventory and forecast of monthly sales and project funnels; 
  • Monthly essential reporting on sales, market performance and competitors’ landscape; 

Requirements: 

  • Min Diploma in Marketing; or equivalent;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in similar/related portfolio and industry; 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint); 
  • Good command of both oral and written English; 
  • Good presentation skill; 
  • Team player with strong analytical, communication skill, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills; 
  • Independent, self-initiative, result-driven and ready to take up new challenges; 
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel nationwide
  • Experience in B2B Marketing
