Requirements:

• Safely drive the President & CEO or guests to appointments, meetings, events, and other destinations


• Ensure the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained.


• Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely arrival.


• Always ensure confidentiality and professionalism.


• Adhere to the assigned schedule and promptly communicate any changes to relevant parties.


• Provide support with various administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and document organization.


• Run errands or perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification and a valid driver's license.


• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment


• Knowledgeable about local roadways.


• Proficient in route planning.


• Maintains a clean driving record.


• Possesses no criminal record.


• Friendly demeanour.


• Dependable and trustworthy.


• Timely and punctual.


• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
