Job description:
- Provide technical support and maintenance after -sales service to internal and external with purpose to meet customer expectations.
- Hold internal / external meetings for dissemination of solutions, complaints, customer requests.
- Manage and conduct solution deployment related to planning, implementation of server prerequisites through, hardening release, pilot testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), conduct administrator and user training, work closely with customer IT and internal technical team.
- Project documentation for deployment planning, pilot testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training acceptance release, project release.
- Response promptly to escalation.
- Troubleshoot and evaluate software functionality.
- Evaluate and test existing and new products / features to ensure compatibility and functionality.
