Job description:
JOB DESCRIPTION - Pre-screen merchant’s business documentation to verify that they are genuine and compliant.
- To perform manual updates of shareholder and owner in the admin portal and name screening through AML/TF Portal.
- Adhere to the department's SOP, company policy, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Accurately updating and maintaining internal records and systems.
- Work closely with the business owner to provide recommendations for back-end tools that improve the merchant experience.
