Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Pre-screen merchant’s business documentation to verify that they are genuine and compliant. 
  • To perform manual updates of shareholder and owner in the admin portal and name screening through AML/TF Portal.
  • Adhere to the department's SOP, company policy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Accurately updating and maintaining internal records and systems.
  • Work closely with the business owner to provide recommendations for back-end tools that improve the merchant experience.
